My Daughters - Aubrie, Roselyn & Madelyn are my reason.

I first picked up a camera when I was about twelve years old. My Aunt Suzanne was always taking cool pictures, and I LOVED seeing them!!!

As I grew up, she allowed me to borrow her Canon SLR for a Graphics Arts project later in High School.

After graduation, life got busy - as it does, with college & growing a family. I started with a digital Fujifilm camera & then later upgraded to a Canon DSLR where I was able to take a few paid sessions: senior pictures, weddings & maternity pictures.

Then when I had my first Daughter, I was SO excited to have baby of my own to pose & photograph myself, anytime I wanted too... unfortunately, I found out that Newborn Photography is very tricky. I lost my patience with the camera with being a new Mom, a new photographer, while trying to also be a night shift nurse, just didn't work well for me.

So once again, I put my camera down, just trying to survive the seasons of life.

Recently, my oldest daughter started High School & my little Sister got married in Maine - I knew I just HAD to purchase a new camera to capture these fleeting life moments.

I currently use Nikon & I can finally say I have found my passion, once again, of being able to capture beautiful moments in time again.

I'm forever thankful.
